chore(docker): rebuild the NAS image bundle on 9aa9e67

The two saved images, frontend at 0.1.0+9aa9e67 and the API it proxies to. recipescam-web-frontend-9aa9e67.tar.gz sits beside it, untracked, as the frontend alone.
