fix(piano-roll): playhead seek + sound cracking
...
- Piano roll ruler click during playback now seeks and continues playing
- ADSR envelope uses linearRampToValueAtTime for crack-free release
- stopAll ramps gain to 0 in 20ms before stopping oscillators
