Add showAISuggestions state + 'Sug' toggle button in Copilot
Prompt header. When hidden, suggestion list is unmounted
(showAISuggestions ? ... : null). Button styling: visible
state = bg-zinc-800/zinc-400, hidden = indigo-950/indigo-400.
