3dtours d04442ad45 fix: click on ruler moves playhead only (no zero-width selection) ...

- Remove setSelectionStart/End from simple click (non-drag) path
- Only handleMouseMove (drag) creates/modifies selection
- Sub-tab already correct (no selection set on click)
